"You do not have access to the account, property, or view. Contact an Analytics administrator."

I believe this is a bug currently. This happen when you delete a account or property. Google remembers that account but when you try to access your google analytics, it will automatically redirect you to the last property you visited which might be the deleted account.

Tried deleting the browser cache and switching to another browser but it still directly accessing the deleted account.

The solution to this is temporarily create an account and property in google analytics. Once that successful, navigate to your active accounts and property and copy and paste the URL. The next time you login to your google analytics and show you the same error, copy and paste the URL you got from before.
